I love the design. Having 4 internal and four exterior sleeves for inserts gives you so much flexibility. This is especially great for new players as you can print relevant information for the players so they don't have to research the players manual or other sources. You can also print custom pages and have them protected in the sleeves. My only con is, just like every other binder, the plastic bindings will fail with normal usage. When that happens I will most likely just duct tape it. If I ever replace it, it will be something I custom make myself probably leather bound
