The mill has arrived in good condition. The packaging was a foam shell. The bottom of the package was weak, cracked but arrived safe and sound. For fit and finish I would give it an 8 out of 10. The edges of the smaller steel spindles are very sharp and I cut my hand on one of them. None of them were beveled. I fixed it with a file. The concentricity on the spindles is about ten thousandths. All were different. I find runout acceptable for woodworking. The table has a problem. Although it appears very flat and smooth, it moves a lot if you push it even a little. There's a stabilizing bolt on one corner, but nowhere else to account for tilt. However, it's designed to add stabilizing studs on the other three corners and this should solve the problem. In any case, I don't expect tilt. The dust collector port seems to work pretty well when connected to my shop vacuum. I won't hook it up to my central dust collector as a big difference in size (two inches versus six inches) reduces suction power too much. The dust box is designed for the high-speed airflow of a shop vacuum, not the high-speed airflow. Central dust collection system. In general, I am satisfied with everything for such a price.
