After using my mum's dremel I had to buy one. The cleaning power of this thing is amazing. Less than two months after purchasing the product, the charging block in the Dremel itself stopped working. I contacted Dremel and was told to send them the actual unit where they would diagnose the problem and then determine if a costly repair was needed. Is that 1980 or 2020? What an incredible waste of time for a $50 device. Suggestion - Send the consumer a new device to use while they return the defective one. Think about it.
