I used this van to take my 6 lb toy poodle out on the road. This is an ingenious design. In the terminal it is a large trolley on six strong wheels with a rigid floor and a telescopic handle. It's all mesh and the dog can sit, move around and even curl up on one end. Wheels and handle worked smoothly. Then, when it comes time to board the plane, you can snap off the wheels very quickly, reducing the altitude. You can also remove the entire hard base, which is attached with velcro and straps, all very easily. This leaves you with easy carrying with soft walls. It slides under the seat. It also slid under a hard shell seat (but not with wheels). If pressed at the same time, the ends will destroy the curved top. When you step off the plane, it only takes a second to put everything back together, even with the dog inside. Then it all comes back up like a tent for a puppy and you can wheel it through the terminal like royalty in a carriage. It was the same price as a soft-walled Sherpa with no wheels. There is no comparison. I wish you many more relaxed tours! I would advise you to put the brand name somewhere. And a page with instructions.
