Review on 🔌 Efficient Charging with KINGBACK Retractable Multiple Connector by John Banks

Love it! Everyone always asks where I got them from. They are so convenient because you only need 1 plug and they charge almost anything! The 2 reasons I docked it to him are a few stars: (1) the cable isn't long enough and (2) the new lightning cable only works sometimes. I wish the cord was longer so I can charge my phone next to me instead of against the wall. And sometimes my iPad won't charge and it's not my plug because I've tested other chargers with the same plug and they work fine. It just looks like it's a lightning rod. Maybe I just misunderstood? I'll check if my other Lightning connectors work and update the review afterwards. Update 5/10/18: I was contacted by customer service who offered to replace this item for free due to a problem with the lightning cable. I will update the rating once I receive the replacement item but in terms of customer service I would definitely rate them 5 stars - very quick replies and very nice of them to offer a replacement.
