These are simple, basic life saving devices not designed for long term survival. So they are ok, they offer me USCG legality at a very low cost. I bought a few of these and added a few whistles. The markings on the fuses are clear and easy to understand and instructive if you haven't researched "personal rescue equipment". I would give 5 stars but I can't. Even if they understand their intended use and consider the low price, they don't get the last star. These life jackets are cheaply made and will not last long if never used.
