A normal product, however, does not fully match the description.

Driven there in a car. Interestingly noisy. A little on the difficult side, but the sidewall is soft, so watch out for the divots. Taxiing is not an exercise in breathlessness; it decelerates normally, and I saw no wear after 10,000 km. The hard compound undoubtedly makes it easy to crack the axle box.
For this reason, and partly because of the tread's large longitudinal grooves, the contact patch is rather narrow.
As the name implies, these are not special radial tires but rather regular ones.
