The ability to view all of our clients in one place is great! It also allows you see who has been checked out when there isn't an internet connection or if someone was sick that day but didn’t show up at school/center etc.. This way I know exactly where everyone will be today so it makes my job easier during drop off time (or pick ups). We do not have any complaints about this system as far back with us since we started using Crafts almost 7 years ago now!! There are different options available depending upon your needs which can make things tricky sometimes however once everything works how they were designed then its easy peasy. If anyone wants more information just ask me :).
