I like that it has easy integration between our Salesforce instance; which gives us access from any device without having them log into SFDC itself (or worse yet have their credentials saved!). They do some very interesting things where you could make reports automatically if they aren't already made by your organization but haven't been implemented! Sometimes there are delays while waiting so we can get more info before doing something important - usually this takes longer than anticipated though not too bad at all considering how many tasks go through here every day/week etc! I like that each form can be easily designed using drag & drop function so it would not take long time when designing new one. Sometimes there are some issues but usually they will provide you support via email/live chat if needed. Easy use user interface which makes easy even for non technical person could design their own survey by just clicking few boxes without actually coding themselves.
