Intuitive Survey Tool with Good Support

I like that it has easy integration between our Salesforce instance; which gives us access from any device without having them log into SFDC itself (or worse yet have their credentials saved!). They do some very interesting things where you could make reports automatically if they aren't already made by your organization but haven't been implemented! Sometimes there are delays while waiting so we can get more info before doing something important - usually this takes longer than anticipated…

  • Good customizable forms with great looking UI, good customer service team who respond quickly to feedbacks about problems or questions asked as well friendly staff members in case need help / suggestions related workings such tools

Great for making and sending emails as fast

It has the necessary functions required to do our job very well. Its a good tool when it comes to creating forms with its many templates. Sometimes some functions are difficult to use. The help section can be better but after searching long enough I found ways to fix them myself without having someone tell me how. Good if you need an affordable option than what they have. We were able to get a few jobs done with it quickly to meet deadlines we needed to have completed. I like that when we send

Needs better information presented to users

I like how easy it was once we had our business plan sorted out! There are so many options that you can pick from depending upon what your needs/desires will be - but there should also have been an even more specific option for each one (i think). This has created some confusion within my team who don't really understand all their different features yet because they're not well defined enough. We've found this tool quite useful already though, especially when creating new client accounts and…
