Review on ProntoForms by John Pound

I like how easy it was once we had our business plan sorted out! There are so many options that you can pick from depending upon what your needs/desires will be - but there should also have been an even more specific option for each one (i think).

This has created some confusion within my team who don't really understand all their different features yet because they're not well defined enough. We've found this tool quite useful already though, especially when creating new client accounts and entering details into them manually would never work if time didn't allow us.
