I have had nothing but positive experiences using this product. The customer service has been amazing so far! Also it's easy to use and provides all of your information in one place which is very helpful for my job. We are utilizing the products services as well as their mobile app, but they really do offer everything you need. Definitely recommend the platform!! They can help set up your account and get you started right away if needed- no issues there. Their cloud based management system makes things even easier when we don't have access to their office staff (as much). It's all about making sure that our fields receive just enough water without over irrigating or under watering. This gives us great control while also keeping costs down!!
