My teeth are not very sensitive. I can eat and drink hot and cold with only slight discomfort. This toothpaste actually increased sensitivity the first time I used it. I went back and read the negative reviews and sure enough other people had the same issue. Sensodyne is the name I trust for sensitive teeth and other toothpaste samples given to me by two dentists and I have used them and been happy with them. This strain really damaged my teeth. I'm sending it back after one use. I wouldn't even feel comfortable donating to charity or giving to a friend. This toothpaste should come with a warning label.
