I like how this software makes it easy for us as employees to stay organized and manage benefits information easily and effectively! We are still learning some things but overall we have found them helpful so far. They can definitely get better at customer service as well. If you want something that will keep all aspects of your employee's healthcare needs organized then group benifits should be considered!! It helps organize everything about an employees medical care. This benefit management system keeps track of all documents such as forms, claims etc. As long as you know where to find what you need, it has really helped me out alot!
