Works great with my HP printer

The wireless option on the HP printer has become unreliable. The cable that originally came with the printer is only about a foot long, making it almost impossible to use. But the printer works fine when I have a direct connection between the PC and the printer and the cable (this one) is long enough to put the PC on a different table than the printer.
