I really liked this product - bought one for each member of my family for a long international trip, mainly to avoid germs on dirty tray tables on multiple flights. But it turned out to be a lot more useful than expected - the pockets come in very handy for storing a water bottle, snacks, Kindle, headphones and more. You don't have to worry about losing small items such as chargers. Everything is much easier to access than via the seat pocket and much better organized. One flight attendant commented how cool she thought it was - she had never seen it before and was impressed. I thought my husband and teens would roll their eyes at giving them away but they've tried them out and found them very useful - so it's quite a win. Thanks for a great product, I've already thrown it in the wash so it's ready for the next trip.
