We found out about these sales through social media. I'm pretty sure it's just SATA m.2 in an aluminum case with USB interface. It looks pretty well made. I first bought it to copy multiple files, Steam games. In the 50-150GB range between multiple computers, the stick worked for more than the retail price. Write speeds hold up fairly well on USB 3.0 up to about 200GB at a time before dropping off. I haven't tested the read speed yet because I copied to an old computer with USB 2.0. It maintained USB 2.0 speeds throughout the copy, but that's not exactly what an SSD needs. Since the intended purpose is to copy files, we'll see how well this thing holds up. I've killed green WD SSDs under similar workloads in just a few months. So if there are any issues I will update them accordingly. I'm only giving 4 stars because it can't maintain file copy speed all the time, only part of it, and long-term reliability is a mystery, especially with an unfamiliar brand. . Well that doesn't mean an unknown brand won't last long, I bought a couple of "Torosus" discs and used them in a Raid 0 decompression disc and they've held up well.
