(4.5 stars) Made in the USA, not abused and all ingredients are natural and organic. It deserves a 5 star rating, but for me it's a little pricey for only 4 ounces of toner. Witch Hazel, Rose Petal, Peppermint, Sweet Orange. What's not to like? And without preservatives or other synthetic additives. Instructions for use after facial cleansing by application with a cotton swab. And the bottle says it's suitable for normal and problem skin. I have old skin and it works well with it. And I confess that I am not only old, but also lazy. I don't wear makeup, so my nightly facial cleanse usually ends with a simple wipe with a cotton swab soaked in toner. This has worked well for me for years, but I see the need to wash first if you wear makeup. This seems like an excellent product, but I'm a bit of a curmudgeon again. I often make my own tonic using plain witch hazel and a few drops of tea tree oil, which works great for my purposes and is very inexpensive.
