The broken part isn't even in the box so I can't even try it out

I ordered 4 of these planes for my little friend. I wanted one for his newborn photos and I wanted to make a cell phone and later let him play with it like toys. They're a little smaller than I thought. One plane had wheels that fell off, but I can probably glue them on after painting. An airplane can with a broken propeller. The broken part isn't even in the box so I can't even try. I'm a little frustrated that they sent a broken product so now I can only use three of the four planes after gluing the loose parts on.
