Great solution in case no single HR system suits perfectly
The most striking thing about this software is that it gives you an overview over all your employees at once, so if one employee has been inactive for some time or lost his/her password then he can be flagged as well without any manual intervention needed! This makes things easier, since when I need to hire new people I don't have to go through each profile individually - everything comes up right away under "Flagged" status which helps me decide who should get hired immediately after posting my vacancy announcement.
Also, there are many different ways how to mark someone's profiles depending on their role within our team (eg. admin assistant vs support agent), but these options would not exist otherwise with other solutions we've used previously. It also provides good insights into what percentage of active users do actually log-in every day and where they're located geographically around the world.
- I like how the software automatically generates a list of all the employees who have recently logged in, which helps me to quickly identify employees who have been inactive for a long time
- I dislike that I can't do a bulk update of all our users' profiles at once, which would help me avoid mistakes made
