We love that we are able connect with our customers as they shop at multiple stores within one program without having an app or website for each location! The customer experience has been great so far but I wish there were some different options available when it comes down too pricing - maybe like how Groupon does? As mentioned above; this service could use work if priced correctly (and not overpriced). Our goal was always good engagement & knowledge retention from all guests who visited us while using their mobile device during shopping trips/experiences!! I love that Zipline is an all-in-one platform. Our store's staff can easily manage the online store and the store's inventory. The dashboard is also very easy to use and the customer service is amazing. We have been using Zipline for a few years now and it has enabled us to increase our online sales. We are able to see who is buying from the online store and it is easier for our store associates to manage the online inventory.
