I have 3b and 3c mix hair which means I have a bit of a curly roots. I know I will probably need more practice and I might try again later as I like to change things up with my hair. It was fine to use velcro but I felt like my hair would frizz if I had to repeat the perm. a little, and I need to keep cleaning and moisturizing it. As I researched more about using curlers, I found that magnetic curlers are a little more comfortable for my hair type. Again, maybe I just need more practice.
