I like how easy it was setup with our existing system as well using other 3rd party applications we use daily! Easy integration between Salesforce & Hubbardsoft Accounting Systems - very helpful when needing updates from both systems at once time or during an update process in either program (it syncs automatically). Very user friendly interface which makes any training needed quite simple compared others out there who require more complex processes/training before getting started- however their support team has been great throughout this whole transition period so far!! Really nice tool overall especially considering what's currently available now within similar platforms such us Xero etc... Greatly reduced admin burden by consolidating most back office functions into 1 place rather than having 2 separate programs managing them separately but still have access via web browser if required.- ability not only reduce paperwork flow through departments but also provide better audit trail I love the ease of use and the ability to customize the system to fit your needs. The customer service is also top notch and very helpful. I would like to see a mobile app for the system. I use the system to process and manage all of my business's accounts. It is very easy to use and it is very customizable. I like that I can add my own fields and customize the system to fit my needs.
