This review is for the "Aideepen Transistor Tester". I bought this variant of the Atmega328 tester because I need a 9 volt battery variant for easy replacement. The product looks cheap but works. I compared the readings with a multimeter and the results were accurate. I love the plug and play convenience and the variety of components to test. Plugging components directly into the meter works better than using a loose-fitting outlet adapter. My biggest gripe is the reverse way of turning the device on. To turn on the device, press the TEST-OFF-TEST buttons. There were no instructions for the product so I pressed the TEST/ON button and figured that was enough. All I had was a blank screen so I figured it was broken. I was about to return the item when my child magically brought it to life. It never occurred to me that I have to press a series of buttons to turn the device on.
