Good for the price on electrical tests

Seems to work pretty well. Ideal for probing transistor pins to verify alignment and function. The downside is the acrylic box which was difficult to assemble and broke on the first impact with the ground.

Great unit tester for quick testing

I bought the tester because I need a unit tester for JFET testing. This tester is very handy for quick unit testing. The tester was able to go through my list of JFETs in minutes to determine if we were good JFETs or not. I just doubt the accuracy of the voltage, capacitance and resistance readings.

Very cheaply made, but it works.

Although this product looks incredibly cheap, it does what it says on the tin. The measurements appear to be fairly accurate. My only real concern is that the plug in the outlet isn't always making a good contact and is giving incorrect readings. I just use the included test leads and they work fine. Please note that the product does not include instructions. I find that using the first three pin positions on the top row - haven't tried the others yet - is great for testing transistors and…

This review is for the "Aideepen Transistor Tester". I bought this variant of the Atmega328 tester because I need a 9 volt battery variant for easy replacement. The product looks cheap but works. I compared the readings with a multimeter and the results were accurate. I love the plug and play convenience and the variety of components to test.
