Two orders were damaged and unusable
Order one. Arrived damaged = 5.9" hose adapter only, one was cracked, no damage to shipping carton or packaging. replacement ordered. Both 5.9" hose adapters were snapped. The unit fits in a sliding glass door and is quite sturdy. However, there are large gaps on either side so you'll have to crawl out for the winter. Our unit is AC and heat. It's hard to tell whether this is a Revain or manufacturer issue, but having two identical issues is unacceptable.
