Let me start by saying that I LOVE anchor cables in the past. Not so much this time. I've now woken up twice to a partially charged iPhone. (Brand new iPhone 12 Pro Max) I found that the Anker cable was a bit loose in the iPhone charging port. I could move it back and forth, up and down in the port, causing the charging connection to go in and out. I thought this might be my case so I tried with and without the case. No difference. Still moving. Then I thought it might be the connector itself, so I tried an Apple branded cable and it turned out to be reliable! There is no room for manoeuvre. I think I have a bad cable. I was going to send it back but since their cables are usually fine I let the box through! Make sure your cable is working properly before throwing away the box. Update: I contacted Anker and they sent me a replacement cable after returning the broken one and the new one works as it should. GOOD SERVICE! Thanks anchor
