Nicely packaged, includes a pair of gloves and a nice storage bag with a reflective triangle on the outside. It has a DC plug as well as battery clips. The wired remote control is long enough to be plugged into a power source and allows the user to stand apart while operating the remote control. It took about a minute or less to get the front wheel off the ground 4-6 inches and a little less to get it all the way down. The engine sounds like it's struggling a little, but it never gave up on its task. in a real roadside situation a few days ago and worked as expected.Overall I would say it was a really good deal and my brother was very pleased with his Christmas present.
