The design itself is amusing: without the attached instructions, I would not have had enough ideas how to put it. But for people like me, the instruction is made . Has some pros: Enough heat dissipation for my Rayzen 5 3600X without overclocking. I do not need much. According to the test in AIDA64, it does better than the boxed one, but at the same time it is almost inaudible. And silence is what it was bought for Has cons: Weird fixture. For AM4, something was underestimated: it did not work out to fix the radiator "tightly". Crawls on stone. Let's see what happens.
