This is one of the best potato cutters. I love that this model has an "internal liner cup" that keeps the Ricer discs securely in place at the bottom of the Ricer at all times. It probably doesn't have the biggest potato bin, but it's big enough and easy to load. I already have a Food Mill style Ricer model which isn't bad but doesn't easily clean thoroughly and is large and takes up a lot of cabinet space. I prefer the Ricer Rorence SS Ricer for everyday use. While it's a little more expensive than many rice machines, they're worth the money as they're well constructed, durable, and relatively easy to clean. I assume each container full of potatoes has enough rice potatoes to feed two or three people unless they really like their mashed potatoes? / Rice potatoes can become hard fairly quickly and difficult to peel unless soaked in water after use.
