Valve core defective
The valve core that comes with these stems is very restrictive, barely lets any air in or out and once sealant has been installed, it becomes almost impossible to inflate or release any air, essentially rendering this stem useless. Thankfully I have spare cores on hand. Once I installed a new core, the stem worked fine. However, between the original cost of the stem, plus the added cost of a new core. these are no bargain. I would look elsewhere.
- The design of the air valve pushes lots of air. Hopefully this will not clogged like the regular valve.
- The LITEONE Tubeless Presta Valve Stems come with an integrated valve core removal tool, which sounds great in theory, but can be quite difficult to use when you're out on the road. If you happen to need to remove the valve core in a hurry, you may find that the tool is too fiddly and time-consuming to be truly effective
