Best in class but padding needs to be thicker and bigger

These are the best pants after testing a few on Amazon. The fabric is top notch: the perfect thickness and fit. However, the reason for only 4 stars is the padding: it is too thin, especially in the middle and along the crotch where there is basically no padding, although it can be seen in the photo. The padding should also be a bit wider on the buttocks.
