I bought this product on March 1st, 2018. I used it ok. 3-4 days a week and within the first week the front cover started cracking in many places. Starting today, the pieces fall off. I've tried calling support and can't get any further. All I was looking for was a cover replacement. Then I tried calling production and they didn't help either. While the machine itself does a very good job of dehydrating food, the fact that the lid literally falls apart and I can't replace it without replacing the entire unit is just ridiculous.
