First; Not sure why others are having volume issues. I fly a helicopter and at 80mph I can still talk and listen to the radio or make a phone call with no problem and I've asked people on the other side and they say they can't hear the wind noise. The visor is a great idea; Since I wear glasses, I was constantly worried about wearing glasses. The visor eliminates those concerns. Helmet vents, on the other hand, I think for looks; I can't tell if they are open or closed no matter the temperature or my speed. The only problem I have with the whole helmet is the battery. This is the cheapest part of the helmet. If you're not careful, you can snap the charging connector right off the circuit board, and there are no part numbers or badges to order a new one. For money; This is a great option. Just be careful while charging it.
