Review on HAIHUANG Handheld Vibrating,Video Vibrating Headphones by Jay Williams

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Much better than expected

Edit (9/9/21): I've been using it for a bit longer, thought I'd update my review: - Battery lasts a full 7 hours on a single charge. Sometimes a little more, sometimes a little less. Depends on which emulators you are using. In comparison, that's about double the Switch Lite's battery life as that of the included MicroSD cards. Okay (these are real cards but not the best quality), I would suggest using an SD card reader to flash a higher quality card. I ended up flashing some custom software (Adam's picture, there are tutorials on YouTube) on a SiliconPower branded microSD, works great so far. One of the included cards is actually made in Japan of decent quality so I reformatted it for my Raspberry Pi and it works really well. I mainly use mine for GBC, GBA and PS1 games and it works really well. All PS1 3D games run very smoothly (LSD: Dream Emulator is a lot of fun) and all my favorite Pokemon ROM hacks work too. Installing more games is as easy as copying and pasting onto your Windows PC (this also works on Raspberry Pi). (OLD: see update above). retro consoles. The software is very simple and easy to navigate. This is similar to what you saw in the early 2000s. Everything runs smoothly, like clockwork, and all the physical controls feel very premium. I also especially like the gradient that makes it look really cool. I haven't owned it long enough to comment on battery life, but other sources claim it lasts around 6 hours on a single charge. I've been playing it continuously for several hours and the battery seems to last a very long time.

Pros
  • Sturdy construction
Cons
  • No automatic controls
