I was surprised by the quality for this price.
I was looking for a replacement for the old woman Dune base 3D. New 4K models on android are a treasure trove of glitches, unfinished software. I watched much more expensive Oppo and Cambridge players - an excellent picture, but there is very poor network functionality, no iptv and 80% of the price are audiophile gadgets that are not needed in the Video player. Apple TV doesn't have this problem. I hope that in the next versions they will improve the picture, but even now I boldly send Dune to rest
- Lack of glitches and the need to dance with tambourines. Turned on, downloaded a couple of applications and watch absolutely anything. Thanks a lot for the remote! I almost shed a tear with happiness that he knows how to control the volume of the amplifier and you can do without a dozen remotes. Stable and fast work of iptv, unpn, smb - no complaints about network services. Applications, interface work very smoothly. The sound is transmitted as is to the receiver, so the quality and format support depends only on it. It’s right that they didn’t load the processor with unnecessary things or build in a separate DAC.
- But the video path could be better. Yes, it handles everything up to 4K60fps10bit, but without any processing (post-processing). On a 120-inch screen, it is primarily noticeable on the SD image - upscaling does not remove artifacts, does not smooth out colors. In general, it doesn’t exactly pull on “hi-fi”. On the other hand, for 10-15 thousand there is nothing better
