Review on BUSOHE by Cashout Harden

My time with BUSOHE was horrible. Their support staff was extremely useless and condescending. The computer part I ordered from their online store came broken. They were rude and unhelpful when I tried to get in touch with customer support. It took multiple tries to hear back from them, and when they did, their answer offered no assistance. They didn't give me any advice other than to ship back the defective product and get my money back. Worse yet, when I attempted a return, they stonewalled me for weeks and never responded to any of my numerous emails or phone conversations. It was difficult and time demanding. Overall, BUSOHE is not something I would suggest to anyone. Their goods are not worth the trouble of dealing with their terrible customer service.
