This is my second device, the first FAIL during firmware update. seconds to FACTORY RESET. Well it didn't work. What worked is: 1. DISCONNECT the (bluetooth) device from your phone. 2. Fix the device with your phone, if yes then you are lucky and go to step 3.3. Open the APP, "DO NOT TRY TO CONNECT", but go to SETTINGS.4. Since your phone CAN communicate with your device, run FIRMWARE UPDATE again.5. When finished, remove the device to turn it off and then reconnect the device.6. Make sure your KEY is in the ON position, then press CONNECT.7. At this point it should be working fine. As always, I hope this helped at least one person, Vegas OBie
