I don't know if I bought a nicer item. I had neuropathy in my left leg for a year and a half and went through ALL forms of treatment. While this certainly doesn't "cure" my problem, it brings relief. For people who say it doesn't heat up, I just disagree. It gets very warm but switches on and off with the heat source. I have high arches and I have to say they don't always reach the arch as well as they could (which they tell you in the product description) but you can move your feet up and down on the rollers to get anywhere, what you want. I cannot recommend this item enough. I recently tried one of the $150 Homedic leg and calf massagers at Bed Bath and Beyond and it's seriously worth nothing for this item and half the price. If you are reading this review right now, don't waste a minute deciding, just buy it!
