I had problems with my Epson P400 printer feeding thick photo paper. After skipping the cleaning sheet a few times, I had no problem pulling through thicker photo paper. I now use cleaning wipes regularly to avoid this problem. I'm so glad the issue is resolved because I love my printer and love using thicker photo paper.
