These shovels work well and I love that they are reversible. I love that I can keep them in the fridge for easy access, but the magnet isn't strong enough to support the weight of the spoon itself. I have to place them over a block magnet to keep them in place or they will slide off. Another issue is that although they are metal and quite heavy, they are fairly easy to bend. I used a tablespoon to quickly remove the guts from the nut squash and it started curling up on me. Otherwise I like them. I use them all the time and love that they can be refrigerated or microwaved. This makes it easy to grab one when I need it. I don't regret buying them at all.
