Nice looking blue and neon green sandals. Ideal for a quick dip in the water and to take off your sandals. Not great as an active running shoe, foot slips and slides in, wear layers of socks to fill out. The only adjustment strap is at the top. Permanently elasticated on the rest of the upper, there is no way to adjust the tension or loosen these elastic straps. I know Keen Shoes is a competitor here. We own many Merrell & Keen products. The group with the wide legs too. At least the Keen line has an elastic cord system, so you can adjust whatever would be nice for this sandal. Still, if you keep these sandals by the look, they can be a casual escape for outdoor BBQs, lakes, and river adventures. Not good for being on the run.
