They do their job well for swimwear
I've only used the blue cap and it does exactly what it's supposed to do. They are tight enough to keep my hair from slipping out and loose enough to wear. I feel like I'm actually wearing something. I've used it about every week for the last 6 months and haven't had any issues with the elasticity of the plastic. Simply. Functional. Bargain.
