You don't even need instructions for this. It's very easy to install on your screen. I put it on my desktop and it's just oversized yes but other than it being oversized everything is pretty simple and to the point. clean it wipe it dry it and place it then remove any air bubbles and you're done.When you angle towards the side you can see that the screen gradually starts to dark as the angle increases and that is how it is privacy protected. It fit my entire screen area which is a 27" display. I don't have a touchscreen so I wouldn't know if it works with a touch screen but it should as I have the same type of screen on my phone and iPad and the touchscreen is not affected at all.It also doesn't allow the glare of the sun to disturb my screen viewing which was another added benefit. Since my monitor is in front of the window I can now open my curtains without getting the sun to bother my view.Just make sure you have the right screen size, my screen size was written on the back of my monitor.
