Review on Tuffcare by Stephen Burgstaller

Tuffcare Doesn't Deliver the Promised Mobility Products.

I was eager to put Tuffcare's mobility tools to the test because they promised to improve my quality of life. Unfortunately, my interactions with the business were very negative. To begin with, it was challenging to locate the items I required due to the website's bad layout and navigation. After a long search, I located what I needed, but the costs were much higher than those offered by competitors. Tuffcare obviously skimped on quality because when my order eventually arrived, I could tell. After only a few weeks of use, the equipment had already broken due to its bad quality. I called customer service, but they put me on hold for a long time and their representatives were rude and obviously not trained to deal with customer complaints. Overall, my interactions with Tuffcare were very frustrating. They offered overpriced, low-quality goods with nonexistent customer support. If you're looking for mobility aids, I wouldn't go with this business.

Pros
  • Large variety of mobility aids and instruments to choose from.
Cons
  • Website layout that is difficult to use.
