Update (7/2018) - After four months of truck operation, one of the headlights has lost its black paint. Now shows copper. The other two are holding up well. A bit disappointed that one lost its color but when the lights are on you can't see the color difference. I think I need to order another lantern. Downgraded by two stars due to loss of durability/quality. I just installed these lights on the grille of my 2017 Tundra. I have a different grille than the regular tundra which is the X-SP grille. I bought 11mm yellow lights and was concerned when I opened them as the lights are clean. However, when they are on, they glow with a bright amber light. The headlights themselves are of good build quality and should last a long time. I have LED DRLs connected and they light up when the LEDs are on and go out when I turn the LEDs off. The wiring for the flashlights is pretty flimsy, probably around 26 gauge, but the flashlights don't draw much current so you don't need to put a larger fuse on whatever you're plugging them into. I had to remove the grille to easily access everything. I highly recommend getting a second pair of hands to help when installing them this way. I had to use large washers to keep the headlights from sliding through the holes in the grille. However, when the light is on, you can't even see the washers. In general, installing them took a long time, since I do not have much experience with such mods. But it was easy, it just took time. If I didn't have to run to the shop 3 times to get the right parts to install, it would probably take about 2 hours, but it took me (we) about 4.5 hours in the end. I give them five stars but be prepared to spend half a day installing them in this type of application.
