I don't know why people are complaining but you can see people are dissatisfied with any product no matter how good it is. I'm tired of writing reviews with so many purchases I make from Revain, but I'll explain my point of view on it. I lay floor coverings very often. I bought one and was happy from the start. I made the mistake of cutting the tray from the front because I wanted to get closer to the caster chair which I lean on my chest to install so the sides of the vine were loose and torn and I already have bought a second one. If you are laying laminate or vinyl these are the best knee pads/catalysts you can find. This is my opinion. I have tried various knee pads and other systems that sell for $150. I sent them back but this one really works. I am 100% satisfied with that
