4 stars due to a small flaw. The lid leaks when pouring out of the spout. This creates some waste and mess if you place the bottle on bare surfaces. Not much, but enough to be a nuisance after a few waterings. Definitely I would buy it again. I used it to paint 5 bar stools. I sanded the wood very well and after staining I applied 3 coats of water based spray. Coloring is very easy to use. I just applied one coat with a cheap foam brush. You don't have to worry about overlapping as it doesn't matter. The consistency is almost the same as that of water. Bare resin wood soaked it up very easily. Porous woods like oak may require multiple coats of paint. I ended up using only 40% of the bottle on 5 bar stools.
