Fragile and unreliable

Do not use for mains voltage! The locking mechanism sometimes works, sometimes not, and the wires suddenly fail. Most of the time, when you plug the HTC connector back into the socket, the lever will open and the cable will pop out, eventually shorting out. sure how much power they can draw before they get hot. I would only use them to connect low voltage DC to visible places for quick connections.
