First of all the seller and delivery was fast and great. The printer itself is junk. I set everything up and was able to get started. The first thing I tried to print came out light blue. When I started troubleshooting the printer, I found that it had nothing to do with black ink. The cartridge was new. I did 5 head cleaning cycles. It didn't help. I called HP and spent 90 minutes with their tech support but nothing helped. We also noticed that the copy function was not working. The attached image shows that; It only printed about 5% of what was on the scanned page. The HP tech suggested I send the printer back, which I do. I regret ever buying it.
